
Dr. Davis has over 22 years of experience in ministry with a Doctor of Ministry in pastoral counseling with emphasis on trauma. As a pastoral counselor, Dr. Davis helps individuals and families to overcome crisis. Whether in crisis or not, it is common in day to day life to need help with a life crisis, anxiety, grief, trauma, depressive moods, and stress. Dr. Davis can help minister hope and healing for individuals, couples, and families as they overcome the aggressive challenges in life that some do not understand and feel powerless concerning. Dr. Davis uses scripture, along with focused and solution-based strategies to create recovery plans for her clients.
According to God, everybody needs somebody. But too many relationships are struggling, and more people are deciding not to get married. Families are torn apart by strife and jealousy, and real friendships have become more superficial, leaving loneliness as a reasonable fear. Dr. Davis is a relationship strategist with the ability to help repair various types of relationships, i. e. couples and family.
In addition to pastoral counseling services, Dr. Davis helps families navigate through the adoption and foster care process. Both can be overwhelming and discouraging, but children in foster care need for those that can get involved to take the step of faith and change a child’s life. Children want and need a family.
Dr. Davis completed both her Master of Divinity and Doctorate in Ministry at Liberty University. She is the co-founder and co-pastor of Love and Liberty Community Church in Buford, GA. She has been married to Bishop Harold Davis, co-founder and co-pastor, for 34 years. They have 3 adult children, that are amazing, and one grandchild. Her life has balance, because her soul is anchored in the Lord.
